Terms and Conditions

a. Nominees will not be entered as a nominee for an award unless they have submitted the information required by the South African Chamber of Commerce (UK) Limited, details of which will be sent to them via email.
b. All nominees wishing to attend the Awards presentation event are required to register for the event.
c. If a category winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will be accepted on his/her behalf.
d. Nominees will be profiled on www.southafricanchamber.co.uk.
e. By nominating or registering for the South African Business Awards, nominators and registrants of the event understand that the information they provide may be used by the South African Chamber of Commerce (UK) Limited for marketing purposes at any time in the future.
f. In order to be eligible, nominees must currently reside and work in the United Kingdom. Nominees must be South African (by birth or by naturalisation), or have Permanent Residence status in South Africa if a citizen of another country, or have significant business interests in South Africa.
g. Nominees do not have to be members of the South African Chamber of Commerce to be eligible for an award.
h. Nominations close on: 5 AprilĀ 2017
i. Members will not be invited to vote this year.
j. The South African Business Award judges, made up of Board Advisors, previous winners and sponsors will meet to vote on their winners of each award. The auditors will then ratify the winner of each award.
k. The decisions taken by the judging panel and overseen by the auditors will be final.
